Salsa

What You’ll Need:

3 tomato, diced

1/4 of a large orange or red pepper, diced

1/6 onion, chopped

1/2 shallot, chopped

1/6 cup of chopped cilantro

1/6 clove garlic

1/4th the juice of a lime

sprinkle of cumin

sprinkle of cayenne pepper

generous generous sprinkles of salt

sprinkle of chili powder

What You’ll Do:

1. Mix tomato, pepper, onion, shallots, cilantro, and garlic. Top with lime, cumin, salt, and chili powder and mix.

4. Serve with chips, and enjoy. 🙂
