This one involves spelt, even though I wouldn’t recommend eating tons of flour.
What You’ll Need:
½ pound whole grain spelt pasta
Salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
4 anchovy filets, rinsed and chopped
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Parmesan for grating
What To Do:
- Cook pasta with salt.
- Cook garlic in olive oil for 1 minute then add in anchovies, capers, and red pepper for 1/2 minute.
- Put mixture on pasta and add parsley and parmesan.
- Serve hot and enjoy 🙂
