Craisins, Apple, and Quinoa Green Salad:

What You’ll Need:

dressing:

one clove of garlic, grated

1 tablespoon of champagne vinegar

1/2 tablespoon water

generous salt

pepper generous

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

oregano

thyme

parsley

basil

 

salad:

4 cups mixed baby greens

1 green apple

one handful craisins

one handful of walnuts

1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese

1 cup of cooked soy beans

2 cups of cooked quinoa (cooked with chicken bullion and pepper)

 

 

What To Do:

1. In a bowl, add all dressing then whisk

2. Add all the salad then mix with the dressing, and enjoy :)
